باختصار: نحفظ حسابك وملفاتك وتقدّمك عشان الموقع يشتغل لك، وما يشوفها أحد غيرك. ما نبيع بياناتك وما فيه إعلانات. الملفات تنعالج بنموذج Gemini من Google، فلا ترفع معلومات شخصية أو حساسة.
وش نجمع
- بيانات الحساب: إيميلك وكلمة المرور، وكلمة المرور تنحفظ مشفّرة وما نقدر نشوفها. وإذا دخلت بحساب Google، ناخذ منه اسمك وإيميلك وصورتك بس، وما نشوف كلمة مرورك.
- ملفاتك: السلايدات والتست بانك والصور اللي ترفعها، والنص اللي ينقرأ منها، وروابط المقالات اللي تضيفها ونصها.
- المحتوى اللي يتولد لك: الملخصات والبطاقات والأسئلة.
- تقدّمك: البطاقات اللي حفظتها، ونتايج الاختبارات، والأسئلة اللي غلطت فيها، ومحادثاتك مع "اسأل زبدة".
- عدد طلبات التوليد في اليوم: عشان الحد اليومي اللي يخلي الخدمة مجانية وتكفي الكل.
وين تنحفظ ومين يشوفها
بياناتك وملفاتك تنحفظ في Supabase (قاعدة بيانات وتخزين ملفات). كل حساب مقفول على صاحبه: ما يقدر أي مستخدم ثاني يشوف مقرراتك أو ملفاتك. الموقع نفسه مستضاف على Netlify، واللي ممكن تحفظ سجلات تقنية عادية مثل عنوان IP ووقت الزيارة. صاحب الموقع يشوف قائمة الحسابات (الإيميل، وتاريخ التسجيل، وطريقة الدخول) وأرقام الاستخدام لكل حساب، مثل عدد المقررات وطلبات التجهيز، عشان يتابع الخدمة ويحل المشاكل، بدون ما يفتح محتوى مقرراتك أو ملفاتك. وإذا أرسلت رأيك أو اقتراحك من نافذة الاستبيان، ينحفظ مع حسابك عشان نحسّن الموقع.
إحصائيات الزيارات
نستخدم Cloudflare Web Analytics عشان نعرف كم زائر دخل الموقع ومن وين جا (مثل تويتر أو لينكدإن). ما يستخدم كوكيز، وما يتتبعك بين المواقع، وما يربط الزيارة بشخصك.
الذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini)
عشان نسوي الملخص والبطاقات والأسئلة ونرد عليك في "اسأل زبدة"، نرسل محتوى ملفاتك وأسئلتك لنموذج Gemini من Google على الخطة المجانية. حسب شروط Google للخطة المجانية، ممكن تستخدم المدخلات لتحسين منتجاتها وممكن يراجعها أشخاص. عشان كذا: لا ترفع معلومات شخصية أو حساسة، مثل أرقام هويات أو بيانات صحية أو مالية.
وش ما نسويه
- ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أحد للإعلانات.
- ما فيه إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع إعلانية في الموقع.
- ما نستخدم ملفاتك لأي شي غير إنها تشتغل لك داخل حسابك.
التخزين في متصفحك
نحفظ في متصفحك جلسة الدخول عشان ما تسجل كل مرة، واختياراتك مثل اللغة والوضع الداكن. ما نستخدم كوكيز إعلانية.
حذف بياناتك
تقدر تحذف أي مقرر من صفحة "مقرراتي"، وينحذف معه ملفاته ومحتواه كامل. إذا تبي تحذف حسابك كامل، راسلنا ونحذفه مع كل بياناته.
التغييرات
لو غيّرنا هالسياسة، نحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق. والتغييرات المهمة نوضحها في الموقع.

Privacy policy

In short: we store your account, files and progress so the site works for you, and nobody else can see them. We don't sell your data and there are no ads. Files are processed by Google's Gemini model, so don't upload personal or sensitive information.
What we collect
- Account details: your email and password. The password is stored hashed; we can't see it. If you sign in with Google, we only receive your name, email and profile picture, never your Google password.
- Your files: the slides, test banks and images you upload, the text read from them, and any article links you add with their text.
- Content generated for you: summaries, flashcards and questions.
- Your progress: cards you've learned, quiz results, questions you got wrong, and your "Ask Zubda" chats.
- Daily generation count: for the daily limit that keeps the service free for everyone.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Your data and files are stored in Supabase (database and file storage). Every account is locked to its owner: no other user can see your courses or files. The site is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and visit time. The site owner can see the list of accounts (email, sign-up date and sign-in method) and usage numbers for each account, such as the number of courses and generation requests, to run the service and fix problems, without opening the content of your courses or files. If you send a rating or suggestion through the feedback window, it is saved with your account so we can improve the site.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visitors and see where they come from (for example X or LinkedIn). It uses no cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't tie a visit to you personally.
AI processing (Gemini)
To create summaries, cards and questions, and to answer you in "Ask Zubda", we send your file content and questions to Google's Gemini model on the free tier. Under Google's free-tier terms, inputs may be used to improve Google's products and may be reviewed by people. So don't upload personal or sensitive information, such as ID numbers or health or financial data.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.
- There are no ads or advertising trackers on the site.
- We don't use your files for anything other than making them work for you inside your account.
Storage in your browser
Your browser keeps your login session so you don't sign in every time, plus your choices like language and dark mode. We don't use advertising cookies.
Deleting your data
You can delete any course from "My courses", and its files and content are deleted with it. To delete your whole account, email us and we'll delete it along with all its data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and point out important changes on the site.
